Meet Valeria

Student Therapist

I’m becoming a therapist because I believe everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported in their journey toward healing and growth. My goal is to help people connect with their authentic selves, especially during times of change or self-discovery. I have a particular passion for working with transitional-aged youth and young adults, as I know this can be a time of great transformation. However, I welcome anyone who is looking for a safe, non-judgmental space to be themselves. My approach is to meet you where you are, listen to your experiences with empathy, and help you build on your strengths. Life can be challenging, but I believe we all have the resilience to grow and move forward. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring night markets, hiking in nature, or discovering new coffee shops. These small moments of connection remind me of the importance of self-care and finding balance in life.
