Currently pursuing a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at West Coast University, as I work toward becoming a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). I am passionate about supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds, including LGBTQ+ communities and those who have experienced barriers to accessing mental health care. I believe everyone deserves access to compassionate, culturally responsive care and the opportunity to feel seen, understood, and empowered throughout their healing journey.
My therapeutic approach is rooted in person-centered and strengths-based therapy because I believe every individual has unique strengths and the capacity for growth and meaningful change. I also integrate solution-focused therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques to help clients develop practical coping skills, build resilience, and navigate life's challenges with greater confidence. I value building genuine, collaborative relationships with my clients and believe that trust, empathy, and compassion are the foundation of effective therapy.
