Life in our fast-paced modern world can easily leave us feeling disconnected, exhausted, and overwhelmed. Whether you are navigating the complex, painful realities of a divorce, carrying the weight of past trauma, or trying to manage chronic everyday stress and anxiety, you do not have to carry it alone. I provide a dedicated,non-judgmental space where you can slow down, process your emotions safely, and discover practical tools to regain control of your life.

My therapeutic approach is collaborative and client-centered, tailored strictly to your unique comfort level and goals. I heavily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, reduce feelings of overwhelm, and develop tangible, everyday coping skills. As a proud father of two young daughters, my worldview is deeply rooted in grace, hope, family values, and the belief that every individual has inherent worth. I am honored to offer a deeply respectful, welcoming environment for individuals of all backgrounds and belief systems.

I am currently completing my Master’s degree in Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) and Licensed Professional Clinical Counseling (LPCC) at Touro University Worldwide. As a graduate-level trainee at Central Counseling Services, I bring a fresh understanding of the latest evidence-based practices to our work. To ensure you receive the highest standard of affordable, high-quality care, my clinical work is directly and closely supervised by an experienced licensed clinician. I look forward to walking alongside you on your path toward healing.
